Will my photo work?
Almost any clear photo works. Close-ups of one face or pet turn out best. We remove the background and shape the pendant for you, so there's nothing to edit.
Can I use a photo with more than one person or pet?
Yes. Upload it and use the note field to tell us who to keep, like "just the dog on the left."
How long will it take?
Every pendant is made to order and ships in 5–7 days.
Can I wear it in the shower?
It's water- and scratch-resistant stainless steel, made to be worn every day.
How big is it?
The pendant is cut to your photo's outline, up to 1" (2.5 cm) at its widest, on an 18" chain.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. It arrives gift-boxed. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
What's the difference between the finishes?
Stainless steel has a polished silver look. Gold plated is warm gold over stainless steel, with a matching gold-plated chain. Both are the same price.
